Free, domestic shipping can take up to 7 business days. Transit times to Alaska and Hawaii can take up to 14 business days.

Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

Domestic (United States) standard shipping is free. Priority shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

Warranty & Repair

Do you offer warranty for your products?

We offer a full, one year warranty on all products.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects. If anything is wrong with a product, please reach out immediately and you will be taken care of.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 4 weeks of noticing any defects.

It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

Returns & Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer full product refunds for any unused items.

If the product did not work for you, please email us at info@integralusa.net and you will be taken care of within 24 hours (not inlcuding Saturday/Sunday).

How much can I get refunded?

If the product is unused, you are eligible for a full refund.

If the product has been thoroughly used and/or damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

Who pays the shipping costs for returns?

We issue prepaid return labels free of charge to return any item.

We do not offer refunds for expedited shipping. You will only be refunded for the product cost.
